At Kokeh, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Please note that payment must be made in full before your order is shipped.

Upon receiving your order, we conduct a standard authorization check to verify that your payment method has sufficient funds to cover the transaction. Once the authorization is successful, your card will be charged. The payment made will be considered as a deposit for the items you wish to purchase. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, at which point the payment will be treated as full payment for the items listed in the confirmation.

Since our products are personalized and hand-crafted based on your design requests, production will commence only once payment has been confirmed.

To complete your payment, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” button on our website. You will be redirected to a secure payment processor where you can pay with your credit card or via your PayPal account. Payments will be processed via PayPal, and your credit card statement will reflect the transaction under PayPal.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, either PayPal or your credit/debit card.

Please be assured that your credit card details are neither processed nor stored on kokeh.com servers, and we do not share any information with third parties.
